 Transcript Request


Official transcripts will be mailed from the school to the address indicated by the student. The first transcript is complimentary. All others will be provided upon receipt of a $5.00 fee for each transcript. Unofficial transcripts are available for immediate download from the Student Portal.

To request an official academic transcript, you must do so by completing the Permanent Record Card Request Form. You may print and complete the form provided below and send to us along with the appropriate transcript fees.

Transcripts are usually mailed within 24 to 48 hours of the receipt of your transcript request. There may be a delay if there are outstanding academic documents needed to complete your record and we may have to contact you.
