Dear student: It will be your responsibility to return your books to ambassador, not the schools’. Please make sure that you have access to a printer.

 1.   1. Log-in to the Ambassador Book site, http://www.acbstores.com, using your student ID, first and last name

  2.  2.  At the top under  “virtual bookstore” choose return policy

  3.  3.  In the first paragraph, the last sentence will have “Click Here”, you want to click on tha

       4.  Security warning, choose yes

  5.  5.  Double click on the order number you are returning

  6.  6.  Return Item: choose the books/uniforms you want to return also with reason

  7.  7.  Select “Enter Return Details” at the bottom of page

  8.  8.  Please complete phone number and email

a.   Please note: You must choose a email address that you can access, it is where your shipping label will be printed from

   .   9. Choose Generate Label

  0. 10. Choose accept prepaid label

1.   11. You are finished. Log out.

12  12. After a couple of minutes, go to the email address that you provided, your shipping label will be sent there-print label

13  13. You can either call or drop the package at your local UPS store.

Please note: you will not have to pay to send books back.
