Hello! My name is Sharon Slashinski (Mrs. S) I am the Director of Compliance and Administration.  My job at Centura College is to make sure we are in compliance with our Corporate policies, the accreditation body (ACCSC), the state Department of Education and the federal Department of Education.  My other responsibilities include supervision over campus departmental personnel including financial aid, bursar, registrar, and career services; and to act as a liaison between campus and corporate program directors/coordinators who audit/train each respective administrative department as listed above.  I assist in the implementation of new policies and procedures, assure that employment vacancies within school are submitted to Corporate for advertising, and assist with Accreditation, State, and IPEDS reports.  In the absence of the Campus Executive Director I will supervise staff and make decisions with input and agreement of the Campus Executive Director, and or Regional Director.
